The late Dr. Deborah Ann Turner served as the 20th president of the League of Women Voters of the United States (LWVUS) and chair of the Board of Trustees of the League of Women Voters Education Fund (LWVEF).  She recorded the State of the League address, shown below, just days before her passing.

LWVPA's Annual Meeting:  9:30 AM -- Members-only business meeting (coffee & tea available prior to start of meeting);  10:45 AM -- Catered brunch, 2024 High School Scholarship winner, and presentation by Bob Clark-Phelps, a volunteer for Citizens Climate Lobby.
